Report that there has been a spate of abductions related to the Pakistani military clearing of the Gwadar-Kashgar route. One report notes that on February 20 or February 11, 2015, the Pakistani Army abducted 21-year-old Saddam Baloch, a serving constable of the Balochistan Levies Force, a government employee, from the Sundom area of Geshkor, the earthquake-hit district of Awaran. Saddam disappeared. Later a Pakistani Army official, identifying himself as Colonel Kashif, called the father of Saddam to come and pick up his son. On February 15 he traveled to pick up his son, but was arrested. He was tortured and his body dumped in the Geshkor Bazaar near the Pakistan Army camp on February 18, 2015.
